Spring Hall Pharmacy

Rude manager, Spoke to me like I’m a child. I told her the prescription hasn’t been put on the system yet as the pharmacist wasn’t in at the surgery so she won’t see it until Monday Tuesday and she still proceeded to tell me I’m wrong when clearly I just told her it’s not been put on the system yet. She Clearly she speaks to everyone like this as she was speaking to her own staff members like crap in front of customers. First time using this pharmacy and thank god I won’t need to be back, king cross is much better and actually help you rather than talk to you like you’re a primary school child. They don’t judge you like this rude arrogant lady did. She needs to be removed or retrained because it’s appalling. Clearly I’m not the only person that thinks this.

Pharmacist and staff are great. They have been exceptionally helpful in dealing with aged,demented and infirm parents. They have gone to chase issues with the flakey GP practice next door. (Yes, they are not affiliated in any way) I am very disappointed to discover that they no longer offer a delivery service!!! What happens to all your customers who relied upon that essential service. Pharmacies are not merely about profit, they are an essential service to the community. You will lose customers...

Called up today and asked if they could be my nominated pharmacy after seeing the five star rating. It was no problem at all. A friendly, helpful, professional staff member was more than happy to help. I'm glad I made the change. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just as useless as the Surgery, despite “not being connected or affiliated”. Both places need shutting down due to malpractice. Their lack of professionalism is DAMAGING PEOPLES’ HEALTH and could very well cost someone their life if it doesn’t improve. Needless to say, anyone reading this, please make a formal complaint if you experience any difficulties with the services. This needs to change and nothing starts until we take action.

Cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy, the head pharmacist (hope that's the correct title) is amazing, she will do everything in her power to try source your prescription, and always communicates is there's an issue and explains why.
