Danny and Henry were absolutely delightful—trustworthy, competent, and respectful throughout. They worked efficiently and tidied up as they went, which made a real difference. Used Slattery's for the past few years, big jobs and small. They might not be the cheapest, but still excellent value because they always show up when they say they will, they always have the parts or can quickly nip out and get them, they always clean up after themselves and they're all lovely people. Would recommend to anyone.

I phone Slatterys Monday with a toilet seat problem. Henry came on Tuesday, what a lovely young man, and fitted a new one. I asked about converting to a Wet Room and he was very knowlegable. He took away a broken shower door, hence the Wet Room information and then I asked if my 12 month old boiler should be loosing pressure and he took a look at that. Can't fault this young man, nothing was too much trouble. Treat him well you don't want to lose him!!!

Excellent Customer service from booking a boiler service to answering a query about a smart thermostat and then to the engineer on site - all very professional courteous and tidy work on site. Clear transparent communications and billing by email and gas safety certificate and invoicing. Happy to support this excellent local company.

I was recommended Slattery Plumbers by a friend - we both live in apartments and have no gas so needed a new electric boiler (not many places install electric boilers). Firstly to deal with a local independent company rather than a big national company makes a huge difference. You are treated so well and when I ring and say its Angie, they know exactly who I am. The lady I spoke to, Bianca, is super efficient as well and we chat away on the phone. Secondly after my quote arrived for the work, I rang and spoke to Bianca regarding a query and within a couple of hours she had come back to me with the answer. I then wished to proceed and in just over a week my new boiler was installed. The chap arrived to install my boiler and it is amazing. Not sure how I have managed for the past few years with my old one. After he had left you literally would not know he had been in my apartment, other than there was my new amazing boiler in all its glory. Would I recommended them? Absolutely 100%. Don't hesitate. They are a wonderful company, very competitively priced and really look after their customers, both before and after. This was my second time using them and will not go anywhere else.
