I had to have had a whole new bathroom fitted after a leak that was quite a mess. Miles was recommended and I had a little bit of wait before he could start. I was more than happy to do so because he came highly recommended and I was so nervous about everything, and wanted it to be right! I can honestly say the service was outstanding. I used to joke that “I lived in a house that keeps on giving” As expected Miles came up against a few unexpected challenges during the first fix, but he handled everything professionally and patiently. The workmanship is excellent, communication was great throughout, and the final result looks fantastic. Reliable, tidy, and genuinely takes pride in his work. Highly recommend!

Really can't recommend Miles highly enough. Miles has done a complete bathroom and a shower room update. On both occasions he recommended improvements we hadn't even thought about, he went above and beyond to complete these ideas too. His work was meticulous and has completely transformed both rooms. We are so pleased with all that we had done and would absolutely recommend Miles without hesitation.

I needed to replace an old radiator and Miles was recommended to me by a friend. I really liked that I was provided with a couple of options and information for different radiators so that I could make an informed choice and see the pricing options. My clunky old central heating system tried it's best to have a tantrum, but failed to beat Miles! He is very professional, methodical, knowledgeable, has great communication skills and is a pleasure to work with.

I needed a leak from the shower tracing and as the leak was only showing on the floor of the room next door it wasn't a simple job.
