Mason and his team helped move my elderly, disabled parents from a flat with no lift — a challenging job on its own — and they handled every single part of it with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The team were incredible with my dad, who has dementia and finds changes like this very difficult. They spoke to him kindly, kept him calm, and made sure he felt included and looked after. It made such a difference. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They took great care with all belongings, worked efficiently despite the difficult access, and made sure my parents were settled and comfortable before leaving. You could tell they truly cared about doing a good job, not just getting the job done. I can’t thank Mason and the team enough — they turned a daunting move into a smooth, positive experience. I would recommend Calderdale Removals to anyone, especially if you need a team who go above and beyond for vulnerable or elderly family members. Absolutely brilliant service.

These guys moved my grandma today. Absolutely fantastic guys, nothing was too much trouble. It was a difficult move for them due to the nature of the house that she was moving from and very restricted access but they did an amazing job and never once complained. We would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing a removal company.

Mason and the team arrived at 9am as planned on a terrible day for weather (Storm Claudia). They worked all through the rain and moved us in good time. I was impressed by the attention to detail, the careful handling of our furniture and how they didn't damage a thing in the new house even though it was tight in places to move wardrobes etc. They were cheerful throughout and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good, hard working removals company who made moving stress free.

I moved a few days ago, and as stressed as I really was, it was by far made less stressful thanks to calderdale removals. Both the men that moved us (sorry I am terrible with names) were 100% professional , reliable, friendly and understanding of my situation and they really went out of their way for me hence why I wanted to leave them this glowing review for their kindness and doing the job to a very high standard.
