We're really happy with 2 recently replaced velux windows. Linden was very efficient quoting for the works, and honest about any potential issues that may arise from previous works others completed many years ago. Communication was great - especially with working around recent storms and ensuring the blinds we also had installed were suited to our needs. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Full roof replacement. Great job, very professional. Friendly and hard working set of roofers who explained what they were doing and showed me round their work prior to completion. Very timely job and fit me in quite quickly. Extremely happy with the result. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Linden was instructed by my letting agent to carry some work out my house. He came unannounced with no appointment and no ID at 8:10AM in the morning, he thought he’d pop by “seeing as though he was in my area” He didn’t even know what jobs he was meant to be carrying out so lucky I allowed him in (bare in mine I’m a single female living alone). I have dogs and they barked when the knock came, I was shocked so they were also. I didn’t put them away until I ‘knew’ who was at the door for obvious reasons. I could tell he wasn’t pleased with the jobs I needed doing, they were small jobs but work that needed doing. I also said before he left not to knock unannounced again and to contact me with an appointment. Linden clearly has small man syndrome as I could tell he hated me saying that to him. Instead of being honest and saying he couldn’t be bothered with such a small job or he didn’t like the fact I asked him to be have some manors ring first next time…he had the audacity to complain about my dogs and said he wouldn’t return to the property. My dogs are not aggressive and don’t appreciate him using them as an excuse, my dogs were doing their job properly…unlike Linden.

Friendly enough on phone but very slow to fix problems they caused. Worth spent in a little extra with tradesmen who are proud of their work.. Alpine replaced neighbours gutter and said it would be easier if mine were done at samd time to avoid a join. I didn't need a new gutter but agreed a join could be problematic in future so paid to replace my section too. Then alpine failed to fix mine at the end (just jammed the gutter between roof and a stone strut support!). First storm after this blew the end away. Alpines first comment on me ringing them was like "oh goody! Insurance will pay for more work.." They left the gutter blowing in the wind ovef the weekend and only came out to inspect days afterward (risking increasing the damage due to more wind) and finally came out to fix it. Later on I learned that they had put a join in anyway between my and neigb sections... and this join started dripping after they reattached end of gutter to wall. Probably something went wrong while gutted was loose and waving in the wind. Or when they came to correct that they didn't check the join to the neighb section. Have messaged them about 3 times and still haven't had a visit since about 3 months now. A nearby resident told me later that alpine are dreadful and cowboys - sadly I cannot contradict this from experience.
