We have recently used the Halifax practice of Chadwick Lawrence for conveyancing. They were efficient in dealing with the matter and were good at communicating information and responding to emails and telephone calls. I would certainly recommend their Halifax branch.

We recently used Chadwick Lawrence for conveyancing for a house sale and they were brilliant. Initially we'd gone to a different solicitors that we'd used previously but they were unable to take the case on due to some additional complications (equity release product). Our estate agent said they'd always had a good experience using Chadwick Lawrence and so we reached out to them. Had a couple of early bumps in the road as the new business team I think were new and in training. Those that helped with the house sale were fab and went the extra mile. Would absolutely recommend.

Probably delayed us 2 months due to an error on their part and then told me they were prioritising me as much as possible without charging me, even though they made and admitted to they mistake. Would not recommend
