RCM Solicitors

I would give zero starts if i could. We appointed them to deal with commercial lease and have not heard from them for months. Several emails, several phone calls with promises of a call back and literally heard nothing. We are in a process of appointing another firm but the whole thing delayed us by few months! Absolutely atrocious! Have worked with rcm before while Jody was there and he dealt with us really well hence us going back. I would never recommend this firm to anyone! Simple email would have been sufficient to say they were unable to take our case on instead of wasting our time for months!

Like others have mentioned, quick to take your money but after that almost impossible to get hold of. Broken promises and lapsed timescales again and again! Save yourselves the headache and go with another firm!!

Mark Newell has a very bored weary attitude to things.He suggests women should move house when they are threatened by male neighbours. I think not.He needs to support women instead of suggesting they run away from them.Misogynist.He rubs his face like the whole thing is boring. He has a bad attitude….he says like well… you could always move house to somewhere peaceful … never heard a solicitor talk so much junk in all my life…..don’t request him as a solicitor.He certainly does not give out good advices and hi is not a asset to that company.Please don’t use him nope has a middle name it (unesless) P

Quick enough to take your money and message late at night to follow it up, once received money no help was given then multiple emails later I just get ignored...would never use again and highly do not reccomend very disappointed.

These are really good Solicitors that are well informed on not only criminal law and family law bit they are excellent at prison law also for licence, 're call, parole all of it. I would never think of using any other firm from now on.
