Wilkinson Woodward Halifax. Heads and tails of it all is. I questioned my solicitor as to weather they are being paid to fight my corner or side with the local authority. Instead of reassuring me he was working on my behalf he simply decided to quit working my case two weeks before our next court hearing leaving me very slim chance of finding a legal team to take on my case at such short notice. This being the result of me questioning if there is a conflict of interest in this matter has solidified the thought process of mine and clarified that there was in fact a conflict of interest and this firm works along side the local authority. I’m just here to make anyone to read this aware of this as it’s us as parents that suffer while there making thousands of pounds to work against us. Then make out im the one who requested they didn’t work my case although I know I’ve minimal chance of finding another firm to take on this case at such short notice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
