I requested an alteration for my abaya, but when I received it, it was way too small. I told him this wasn't what I asked for, but he just said, "That's fashion," and refused to listen. I kept trying to explain that I didn’t request it that way, but he kept dismissing my concerns. When I asked for a full refund, he was very reluctant and uncooperative. It took me 30 minutes to get the money back from him. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
Alterations made: zip added, dress length shortened, sleeves tightened. He did exactly what we asked for, at short notice and for a great price. Friendly service and he provided knowledgable advice on the alterations.

Excellent service. Clothes stitched with accuracy and expertise touch. Would highly recommend
