The service off Nikki at the Halifax branch was second to none from start to finish. Extremely helpful and talked me through everything. In fact ALL the staff today were exceptional. What a credit to Barrhead travel agents. Thank you for you’re 5* service

I contacted the Halifax branch through email about a holiday deal in the window, Nikki responded to my email answering my questions. I then went in to the branch and booked the holiday with Nikki who was very friendly and professional, I will happily book a holiday through Barrhead again.

Absolutely brilliant service. Nikki was so helpful checking all options to pull together the holiday package we wanted. She took time to understand what was important for us and pulled the perfect holiday together cheaper than we had found it online. The other ladies in the branch were also super helpful. Finally the expert knowledge in this store, with Hannah sharing her own experiences was second to none. Will definitely book future holidays here and will recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic service from Sascha at Barrhead. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Took the hassle out of finding a holiday, matched all the online offers and provided printed documents. She even booked the plane seats so we are sat together for no extra cost. Highly recommend this travel agent
