Came to this exchange rather than another due to a reasonable euro exchange rate. Online it said 1.165. When I purchased they used 1.1265. When I checked the price in the window after is said 1.1265 (see the photo). I won’t loose any sleep over loosing £10 but I don’t like being cheated. Let this serve as a warning to anyone else purchasing currency here. I will just go to Tesco like I was going to do in future.

Had a wonderful experience in the hays Halifax store with Seher today. She was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating to my needs and requests and explored so many options until we worked out what was right for me and my young son. Thank you so much, seher, already recommended you to friends 😊x

I've enquired aout a few holidays, and both Courtney and Ellie have been amazing, providing me with so much information and lots of holiday options. I have been a pain, and asked for a lot of holiday info and once I've made my mind up, I will book with you based entirely on the service these ladies have provided. A credit to the company! Went to shop to sort out my booking. What an amazing service. The lady who sorted things out for me went above and beyond to make sure my holiday was all sorted. Unfortunately I didn't get her name. She is new to the store. Thank you so much.
