Sunmaster Holidays

This is the second time we have travelled with sun master and would definitely do again. Whole process from booking the holiday to receiving documents very simple. Good value, and added bonus of children staying in the accommodation free. Can’t really say anything negative. Overall the company are professional and good value 😀

I have booked a few times with Sunmaster now, never had any problems and they are always quick to answer phone if you have any queries after you have made your booking. However, the price does change when you call them with the on line reference to confirm your booking, I know this puts a lot of people off using Sunmaster. I have been lucky though, the price change has not been more than £30 to 40 each time I have used them .... the staff are friendly and helpful (without being pushy) and all documents for travel are sent in a timely manner. I will certainly be using them again as the prices for holidays are the most competitive around.

Fantastic holiday from start to finish Sun master were very professional all paper work was at hand to print off straight away on manage my booking. Any queries or questions I had were dealt with straight away. I would highly recommend using Sun Master to anyone that wants to book a holiday they are fab. The H-Top hotel stayed in, in Santa Susan a was excellent too the staff there were so accommodating & friendly 😀Thank You Sun Master I will definitely be using you again for future holidays from a very happy customer 😀

Nice hotel lovely and clean. Food was lovely, great pool and playareas for children. A lot going on in the day entertainment wise but apart from 2 nights there was no other entertainment. Right on the beach which was ideal. The only annoying thing was you don't get dropped off or picked up from your hotel. Its across the road around the corner, it was a struggle with 2 small children, buggy, 3cases and 3 pieces of hand luggage.

Sunmaster were good value for money and everything was well organised and staff on hand whenever I needed them. No complaints except as we planned to pay our holiday off in instalments we were deterred from this as each card transaction carried quite a hefty fee dependent on how much you're paying at a time, so next time I would save all the money up and pay it off one go, although I don't think their fee should be as much as it is as it made the cost of our holiday not as much of a bargain as we initially thought!!
