TUI Holiday Store

We dealt with Leah and Emily at the Halifax branch. Both were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, in fact whilst completing our booking other members of staff also had information or experiences of our destination that they shared. Lovely experience in booking a holiday. This is not the first time we have used them and would go there any day over using the internet.

Absolutely cannot fault the service at this store - have been booking holidays here for over 30 years and always had a fantastic experience with the lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble they will find anything out that you need and always with a smile on their faces! I'm not a fan of booking holidays on the internet as it is not always clear what is included so it's really important that we support this shop and keep it open on the high street! Just completed the booking of 4 premium TUI flights to montego bay with the valuable assistances of Tarina. She even managed to get the current discounts added which reduced the overall price to £5800. After spending the last couple of days checking all the alternatives, this was the best price with all our the premium benefits including the free lounge at Manchester airport, brilliant. Good afternon , I just want to say thank you for all the team and especially to Lisa who attend me. She is such a nice human being , caring , understanding and a loving person. She is kind and very professional as well. She is patiente and do an amazing job. I booked with this company and the prices are really good, much less that what I was expecting. She was so happy and excited for me and for my children's. She made my day. And the others colleagues of Lisa are amazing as well ,they are very kind, always with a smile. Lisa it was a pleasure to meet you, tour smile and personality is contagious. Thank you for doing your job , but is really different when you do it with love. You are a blessing. Keep shining with your team and brighting every one's day when coming across with you all.
