Recently bought a washer from showroom in Halifax. Staff really helpful. Washer delivered next day, the 2 lads disconected old washer and removed it then fitted and tested new one. Very professional service by all and great price ... thankyou.

Brilliant service - washing machine ordered, delivered, installed and the old one taken away in virtually a matter of hours! Great price and worth every penny to have the old one taken away. No idea how long the new washing machine will last, but the next one will come from Direct Discounts too!

Oven was lovely and everything we thought it would be. HOWEVER, the man who came and fitted it was so unbelievably arrogant, rude and just seemed like he didn’t want to be there to fit it for us at all. Totally disrespectful. All professionalism was out the window at that point as he simply didn’t want to be there to do the job. He was highly rude to my mother and step father. The company had said they have had complaints about him before however cause he’s the business owners son (apparently) I’m assuming why nothing has been done about it. Wish we told him to get out the house at the time! Just be aware.

Such a lovely place, the service is excellent from start to finish and then more. We bought our washer and American style fridge from here and the two delivery gentlemen ensured it got delivered straight to our door with some heavy lifting
