Hot tub house Yorkshire

I was a little nervous about choosing the right hot tub, spa and supplier for our project. From the very first enquiry Craig has looked after us and we are delighted with the final product. Along the way there were a number of challenges to overcome with the site where we were putting the hot tub and spa but every issue was dealt with professionally, the work team were a great bunch of guys and I couldn't recommend Craig and the team more if you are looking for a hot tub or spa. The whole process of buying a hot tub and having it installed was made smooth by Craig and his colleagues. His supplier (Artesian Spas in Doncaster), electrician, crane man and fitters were all incredibly easy to deal with. Craig visited us to make sure everything would work out. I cannot find fault. Craig came the day he promised and a few hours later the tub was in and working. Due to it's insulation the tub keeps it's heat when not in use, costing only pence to keep it at about 37 degrees. What was unexpected was that the jets also have a low setting.. the blow up spa we had before was ‘all or nothing’ so was usually set to nothing.. having a low setting is perfect. Also unexpected is how often if gets used, it’s a nice place to chill and chat where mobile phones and games consoles can’t reach. As per the picture, for about £500 I knocked together a 'cabin' to house the pool, which will allow it to be used all year round. All in all expectations have been well met and exceeded..

What a fantastic experience I had when I bought my hot tub from hot tub house in Halifax. Craig couldn’t have done anymore than he did to make our experience the best ever. I bought the hot tub after a nightmare with another jacuzzi company in Leeds. Craig bent over backwards to sort me one out the same day, he organised getting it fitted in three days so the decking people could do there job on time. The guys who came to fit the tub did a superb job in super fast time. This is the second hot tub I have purchased and if there was a third time I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hot tub house, excellent service, can’t praise them enough. I would highly recommend buying a Hot Tub from here. From the very first contact to the day of installation, they have been a pleasure to deal with. Craig, the owner, managed to secure a tub for us from his supplier even though he’d sold all of his, and within 2 weeks of contacting them, we had our hot tub installed. Day of installation was a breeze, letting me know exactly when they would be on site, Tub positioned and connected, then a full explanation of the chemicals and how to maintain the tub, and then just wait for the water to heat up and away you go! And then as a sign of quality customer service, a follow up text this Bank holiday weekend reminding us what the dip test correct balance should look like. Quality.
