Lovely little bakery in the heart of Halifax town centre. I would recommend the cheese and onion pasty. You can get a good deal on them at 2 for £2.50. The staff are friendly. The space is a bit cramped for a pram but otherwise there’s enough space inside and usually a bit of a queue but nothing too long.

The best little bakery in town with the biggest and cheesiest pasties on Planet Earth 🌏 Excellent prices and wonderful staff 😀 what more could you want when it's cold and you're peckish? Even a proper Yorkshire brew ! None of this nonsense with 1000 choices of tea and coffee ☕️ sensible prices and even 10% off on Wednesdays for the pensioners. What more could anyone want 🤔 ?? And ........ guess who I think makes the very best Vegan sausage rolls ever ? Pound Bakery of course! Forget the rip off brands like Walls and others which I wouldn't have fed to my dog ( I think more of her than that ) just spend what you've got on quality and pay a fair price 🤔 🙂 🙃

Bought egg mayo on brown bread and a kids £1 meal consisting of 1/2 sausage roll,gingerbread man and blackcurrant drink all for £2! ...had to go sit in Halifax borough market to eat as weather so bad.

Who would of thought you vould undercut Greggs. Great value. The staff are quite special here- salt of the earth, no nonsense with an entertaining undercurrent of menace.

Went in this morning lady that served me thought i dont know english my bill came to £8 gave the lady £20 she gave me £7.50 change i then asked her for 2x hash brown which costs 50p i gave her £2 she then gave me 50p change then i spoke up she goes it was a mistake.. Im sorry but twice you cant get money wrong at the til if i hadnt spoken i would have been scammed. Very unprofessional.. There was 2 other ladies near her they where looking at eachother. Staff tried to overcharge me. Not very welcoming. Poor customer service.
