I had a really positive experience with the service and the beds. The team was helpful and responsive, answering all my questions and getting the bed delivered quickly. Setup was straightforward too. The bed itself is really comfy - it's soft but still supportive, and I've been sleeping great. The quality seems top-notch. If you're in the market for a new bed, I'd definitely recommend giving them a look 😊. 5/5 stars - would definitely recommend!

We have recently bought an ottoman bed and matress from The Factory Shop and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I went into the building with a good idea of what I wanted , having thoroughly researched beforehand. On speaking to Mohammed, who is very knowledgeable, ab he showed me the beds I wanted to view and also an alternative which met my requirements far better. He was extremely courteous and respectful and shared contact details to ensure we kept updated. Delivery was efficient and speedy (inspite of torrential rain) and the team assembled the base and removed all packaging. This was included in the price. A similar bed at another store was a good 4/500 pounds more. Needless to say we are extremely pleased with our purchase and we will certainly visit again in the future. Thank you 😊

I knew what I wanted, but it hasn't been invented yet, but Mo knows his stuff and got me next best thing. He came highly recommend and I can see why. He offers free delivery & competative build of bed. What made all the difference was the complete respect for me and my property. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. I commend them and I'm getting used to my new bed, which is significantly higher than what I'm used to. but offers a great storage so lution.

Seriously impressed with the service! They got my new bed to me in a crazy-fast five days. What really blew me away, though, was that they delivered and installed it on a Sunday! Talk about going above and beyond! 😅 ​The guys were so friendly, smiling the whole time, and were happy to place the bed exactly where we wanted it. They even tidied up every bit of packaging afterward. Zero stress, just fantastic service. Highly, highly recommend! 👍
