Coco Boo Loves

Ordered a dress from here that unfortunately unravelled up the side seam after wearing once. It seemed quite thin and not of good quality but I do like to support local businesses so decided to remove tags and wear. Unfortunately doesn't mean the quality is actually any better despite the hefty price tag. Was told my only option was to have it repaired in house but due to the quality I wanted a refund which I was told I couldn't have. Unfortunately lost faith in the store and will not be ordering again.

Totally in shock by the quality! Ordered a dress for £79 don’t know why on the model it looked so well … the neck was cut so low , fabric was basically same as bed shit just with a print externally see through belt just a piece of matching fabric … nothing at all in the dress that would make it worth £79 … it must be the worse thing I ever received in general online … awaiting refund … I’m sorry but I don’t recommend this dress … avoid

Cannot thank them enough! Bought a dress I was desperate to get in time for my holiday so ordered it quickly without reading the shipping description on the post properly. I messaged them straight away and asked if there was any way of getting it to me in time. They responded so quickly and said they would get it out to me asap. They did and then the post office didn’t send the item out so they went and chased it for me which they didn’t need to but wanted to help and I honestly so grateful. The dress arrived today, in time, and it’s absolutely gorgeous and such great quality. I’m made up and can’t wait to wear it! Thank you girls!

Bought several items and each one I’ve been so happy with. The in house designs are gorgeous and I get so many compliments when wearing. The communication regarding a size I needed to swap was quick and couldn’t have been easier.
