Having been a follower of this company on TikTok, I took a risk and ordered what was an absolutely stunning cotton suit. Sadly it was too big for me so had to return but their return process was effortless and a full refund issued in a matter of days. Will definitely place many more orders in the future as I know quality of product and service is impeccable. Well done ladies, super impressed, needed something like this in the UK and wish you all the success you deserve 👏

Such a beautiful dress I got. I normally do not shop online and was not finding anything at the eleventh hour literally a day before Eid. Filhaal Clothing was just a random choice at that moment considering the dress delivery the next day but it turned out that I am going to be their regular customer after receiving such a beautiful dress like the way it was shown. Stitching, size measurement were so perfect a/c to my need. People loved the dress and really wanted to know the source so I shared my positive and amazing experience with the brand. I visited the store today for the first time, I made the trip from Leeds after seeing social media posts. The clothes are beautiful, layout of the shop is very nice, easy to look through outfits. The male that was in the store was very polite but a younger lady working on the till seemed very cold, no smile when I tried to initiate conversation and not very welcoming. The outfit I bought is very pretty and looks like it's well made. When I purchased my outfit I was served by an older middle aged lady who was very polite. I did see a few other nice pieces that I would like to return for. Happy with my purchase and would definitely return

Do not order online from these unprofessional scammers! They cancelled one of my items because it was out of stock and when I returned the other they refused me a refund thankfully I had my return receipt and I checked the payment but if I hadn’t then I’d never have got the refund - when I queried it they gave me a ridiculous response saying they had refused it. I had to escalate to get a resolution - whereas it was their issue and they should have sorted it without me chasing, I imagine they do this a lot. Never buying from here again and would recommend no one uses them online - the clothes are poor quality and nothing like the pictures

I placed an order with Filhaal UK on March 9th with local delivery. Initially, I had some trouble reaching them via email, but they eventually contacted me via text to update me on my order after 5 days. They explained they had been experiencing technical issues and advised that texting or calling is the best way to get in touch. I have now received my order and I’m really happy with the dress—the quality is great. I appreciate them following up and ensuring my order was delivered. A little more communication earlier would have made the experience smoother but overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase :)
