I went to the shop last week and was charged £18. After I left the shop I added up the items and noticed I was overcharged by £2. So a week later when I went back I asked for the prices prior to purchasing this time.. yet again they tried over charging my by £2! When I said you are over charging me the shop keeper laughed it off as a mistake, and said she forgot to clear the tile from the previous customer before me. That was simply a lie as the customer before me purchased a £18 tabacco packet, and paid via card. They are overcharging customers who they dont think will do the sums. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND WHAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED WHILST BEING PRICED UP - THEY ARE SCAMSERS!
Never known a shop have so little cistomer service skills. Went in today for some cigs, got given the wrong ones an when i asked for them changing to be told theyre the same price (just under £10) which when i jave bought them recently at other shops they are £8.20, usualpy more than happy to support local buisness but this is the 3rd time ive had a problem with this store. I will not be returning again.
Just been taken over by new owners, the new man behind the counter is ridiculously rude!! Would be alright if he could be bothered taking his headphones out to assist!!
Super helpful and the cheapest cigarettes in boothtown…..prices are good for a corner shop….would definitely recommend.
Very nice staff and always ready to help and clean good variety in the shop
