The lady working here needs training🫠🙏🏻 definitely communication problem! she got it wrong and then even more wrong 😓 wasted my lunchtime here! I ordered a spud with chicken mayo & extra cheese- NO salad NO sauces 3x repetitively to make sure. Pic 1 shows with salad & sauces! 😓 went back and pic 2 she gave one with the least amount she could get on a spoon 😭😐🫢 no extra cheese ! Just go to Lajawaab or picken chicken at least its worth it 👎👎

We come here regular, during our working break. Always good service, young lady always aware of my order and service with a smile. Very chatty and nice place to go sit and eat. Happy to know one is now opening where I live also now Sheffield 🤗

we used to love coming to this place as the spuds were soft , very filling and overall very nice. However, I visited today for 2 jacket potatoes with cheese tuna and beans. went into the store to collect after 2 minutes of ringing and the spuds were cold and not tasty at all. When I went back to complain, the lady who works there became quite verbally aggressive saying it was the tuna that was cold but the whole potato was cold along with the fillings. The man who I’m assuming was the manager , also said it was the tuna that’s “supposed to be cold” but it wasn’t the tuna that was just cold. Not happy with the service provided or the food. Wouldn’t recommend

We ordered and it took 3 hours to get here! It came absolutely freezing and the jackets were all hard. Got a panini and it was dry and there was no filling.

The food and the service is absolutely shocking, first time i come here lady couldn’t get the order right put salad and sauce when asked not to. Come again today for the spud to be cold, when the whole purpose of spuds are to be warm. Walked out of the shop to the car just to have a cold spud. Took it inside to then get shouted at by staff who clearly didn’t wanna fix a fault on their side. Staff are absolutely rude need to learn manners and proper customer service. Spud got fixed at the end and it wasn’t worth the visit. Wouldn’t recommend and definitely won’t be coming back.
