My fiance and I had a fabulous experience dealing with The Bed Shop in Halifax. They were very friendly, informed, and accommodating. They were excellent communicators throughout the process and especially for the delivery. I am overjoyed by the quality of our new mattress and by the wonderful customer service.

I was recently looking for a double bed frame and a mattress and the service I received was brilliant! Yousaf helped me find the perfect products, offering an amazing price as well for them. He immediately gave his company's contact details with no pressure, politely offering to even visit my property free of charge in order to make sure we can bring it safely to my bedroom without any obstacles. He was always there to assist me if I have any questions when choosing the right colours and types he had, patiently going through all the price ranges and said he is flexible with the delivery so that I do not feel pressured for when I am receiving the bed frame and mattress. I will definitely recommend his service and come back in future.
