Concept Bedrooms

Used before at last house, had two wardrobes fitted good quality. Concept dismantled one for us and would refit when needed. We have one due in approximately 3 weeks and I have no doubt wardrobe and service from Adeles team will be spot on.

From start to finish a very professional service provided. The initial enquiry was handled extremely well and I felt a very valued customer. Adele had a really good understanding of what I wanted and due to her extensive knowledge she made great suggestions which I had not even thought of. Next a visit to our house was arranged and they measured the available space we had and gave excellent advice on what would fit and work well for our needs. Timeframes were discussed and agreed. The delivery was on time and the fitters were fantastic, they fitted several pieces of bedroom furniture that I had purchased In no time at all and left the place very clean. The quality of the furniture is first class and will last a lifetime. Nothing was too much for any member of the team. I cannot recommend this highly enough and will certainly be returning as a customer. An amazing service provided in what we all know has been very difficult times for everyone during the pandemic and lockdown. All safety restrictions were followed by the company too, regarding social distancing, masks, sanitisers etc.

Very poor sales service, delivery service and after sales service. Forgot my order forgot bits on delivery and now 4 month later the drawer front has come off and hinge nut fallen out. Adele response was that they don't come back to sort problems there is a charge as its wear and tear....after 4 months... I would not recommend or go back

5 star quality and a 5 Fitting experience. My Sister recommend concept bedrooms to me, and I am so glad she did, I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone trust me from start to finish the staff was excellent, you wouldn't of known they was in the house, until you looked at the Beautiful new wardore fitments they had left behind that was the one an only thing they left no mess no tidying up to do afterwards. perfect.

I'm well impressed with the 2 wardrobes I've got recently, they are really good quality and you and your team made every effort to make sure everything ran smoothly from ordering, delivery, building and cleaning up afterwards was spot on.
