I’m extremely happy with the customer service and sofa delivery experience. From placing the order to the final delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Absolutely shocking company. M Sofas have zero professionalism, zero customer service, and zero shame. They delivered damaged furniture, then had the nerve to refuse an exchange and tried to make me pay for THEIR mistake. Communication was useless, slow, and full of excuses. It took 3 months of stress, chasing, and arguing, and only when I threatened court did they finally offer a pathetic £300 refund, which doesn’t even come close to covering the damage. Disgusting way to treat customers. Save yourself the headache and never, ever buy from these people Avoid this company. They delivered my sofa already damaged in two separate places, not one. Then they tried to charge me £350 for a “repair” to a single hole – as if the damage was my fault. That alone is unacceptable. In good faith, I even offered £300 for one seat, which they quickly agreed to. But then I realised how unfair this was: why should I pay anything when the sofa arrived damaged in multiple areas? Communication was slow, evasive, and unprofessional. When I finally called, I was told a staff member “didn’t want to speak to me because I was rude” – which is completely false. All my emails from day one were polite and factual. This feels like a clear attempt to shift responsibility, overcharge, and silence the customer instead of taking accountability. Misleading, unfair, and highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious

I have been informed that they can not do anything about it as it is velvet material and that’s the reason it looks two different colours. But clearly is visible that it is got 2 different colours. Clearly scam!!!

Amazing sofa and service. I have ordered a fast delivery sofa and received it within a week. The quality is top notch. The communication and updates were very helpful. The delivery was smooth and the drivers were very friendly. Thank you so much!
