Won't use again. Spent £35 on a bouquet for a special birthday and after asking for something autumnal in nice, muted colours and not too many chrysanthemums, I ended up with a very average bouquet which was a miserable shade of pink. I was asked whether it was what I had in mind, and I said no, it's not autumnal, not very cheerful and it's pink! I was given the explanation that the brighter autumnal colours wouldn't go, so we ended up leaving the shop with the bouquet. On close examination, the flowers weren't in great condition, and there were quite a few chysanthemums. It's the kind of bouquet I would not have spent money on even in a supermarket, and this was for a birthday celebration, it's certainly not a bouquet I would want to receive. I should have returned to the shop and asked for a refund. However, it was so late in the day and didn't have time to return, so dropped by another florist for something to spruce it up. I spent another tenner and how to take it home and reconstruct it myself. Understandably, the other florist wouldn't touch it and asked where I'd got it from - they even mentioned the name before I told them. So obviously they don't have a great reputation. I'm just sorry I didn't read the reviews before I went.

I received a bouquet ordered for me by my daughter. Initially I thought the bouquet looked nice, not my colours as I don’t like yellow and purple… then I noticed the flowers were not in good condition. Some were already dead and others wilted! My daughter ordered a pink bouquet with roses and higher quality flowers, which is not what I received. Cheap chrysanthemums are not a replacement for roses. I got them 3 days ago, they’re all pretty much dead! Even supermarket flowers last at least 7 days for way less money. The last photo is what was advertised on their site, my bouquet looked nothing like it. I would not recommend using this florist!

Ordered a Beautifully Simple Showstopper White Flower Bouquet from Interflora for £155 earlier this year. Here is what i received compared to what was expected. It is rediculous how this was acceptable. There were fewer roses, many of the leaves were dried, and it lacked the fullness and elegance that was promised. I paid £155! I've seen better flowers for £30. Thankfully Interflora provided a full refund however i won't be ordering again if this is the florist they assign.

I am absolutely disgusted with Mary’s Florist. I spent over £60 on a bouquet for my mum’s birthday, and what arrived was nothing short of embarrassing. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the advertised bouquet. No roses, no premium flowers, just a random mix of cheap flowers, half of which were already starting to wilt. The colour scheme wasn’t even close. It looked like something thrown together at the last minute, worth maybe a tenner at best. I emailed immediately to complain, attaching photos, and waited a whole week. No reply. No apology. No acknowledgment. The complete lack of customer service is just as bad as the terrible product. This was meant to be a special gift and instead it was a total disappointment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money and go anywhere else. Mary’s Florist will happily take your cash, but won’t deliver what they promise and won’t bother responding when you call them out.

I was extremely disappointed with the flowers I received. They arrived in unacceptable condition — wilted, discolored, and already starting to fall apart. It was clear they were not fresh, and certainly not worth what I paid. The pictures online compared to the one delivered was completely different On top of that, the service was just as disappointing. There was no care taken in handling the order, and when I reached out for help, the response was unprofessional and unhelpful. I expected a much higher level of quality and service, especially from a business that advertises premium arrangements. I will not be ordering from here again and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for fresh flowers or reliable customer service.
