Prestige Flowers Gift Shop - Halifax

Wow is all I can say flowers delivered on time 3 days later all died for what I spent £41 i could of gone to co op and would of got better quality. Prestige are saying there is nothing wrong with them I will let you make your minds up. AVOID AT ALL COST the flowers at the top of the last picture cost £35 I paid £42 refusing for give me a refund

Sincerely wished I had read the reviews before using this service nothing but false advertising after choosing the medium sized Rose and Lily order which was stipulated as the online display picture arrangement of flowers I was disgusted to find only half the lilies were actually arrived clearly count 10 in the marketing photo only 5 provided. Apparently this is £55 worth of flowers I could do better with £14 from Aldi. Obviously from the reviews I’m not the only one to be disappointed with this company Edit 08/01/2026 Unfortunately I cannot have the right to reply to Prestige Flowers response, however on further investigation it appears the Prestige gift shop and online service is indirectly related so the review is definitely warranted against the Prestige company, absolutely horrendous service and customer relations avoid avoid avoid Is my advice,

Shocking ! Do not trust , do not buy ! I purchased online a LARGE bouquet of almost £40 and what I received was shocking - nothing like what I ordered. I understand that the lilys were a in a bud but still the picture on website that shows ‘MEDIUM’ bouquet with 7 lilies in it! I got 4 as ‘LARGE’ ! When I contacted them they refused to refund or do anything about it. It’s a daylight robbery and you’d be better off going to Tesco’s! Additional photos added, that was few days later. As you can see, even the colours didn’t match what they advertised ! Safe to say I’m opening a case with my bank.

Not worth the money + very poor customer service. Last week I bought some flower from this company (wild and wonderful) for £40. For my partner as I was going away for a week. I’ve come back to flower that have already died - without even blooming properly. Company asked for review, and when I gave it couldn’t care about my loss - 0 compassion. Prestige flowers is the literal antithesis of what they will give you - save yourself the time and money, go somewhere else.

Ordered some flowers for 87 year old mothers birthday. Arrived eventually on the day but some what battered as had been with Royal Mail for 3 days. Complaint to Prestige 2 days later. Reply out of Complaint time scale so have a £10 credit. Not happy. Customer service abysmal Product rubbish. Cancelled Xmas hamper. Do not use this company
