Contacted David James Furniture a few days ago. Was immediately called back and they offered delivery in less than a week! I was fully kept informed from start to finish. The sofas are incredible. We ordered the Vinson 3 and 2 seater. They are brand new in wrapping upon delivery. They were fully assembled for us upon delivery, something you don’t tend to get anymore! On the morning of delivery I was given live location access to see where the van was on route, so there was no hanging about waiting for the delivery to arrive. Fantastic service, have got a few people interested in placing orders and we will 1000% be back when we need our next sofas! Thank you for a perfect transaction.

Great service but driver arrived on his own but thankfully our builder was on site to help with off loading as my hands are dodgy. I loved the fact that i could track delivery and saw a wrong turn which was funny. Thank you for looking after us
