One of the few independent jewellery stores in Halifax. Serviced my watch and replaced battery, all in house. Reasonable price and quick turnaround.

Visited here today to have my watch battery changed, they did it there and then whilst I waited, lovely people and a lovely little shop. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Closed he arrived as I was writing review. As previous 3 star review . I most increase the rating as the service is attentive. I left happy with my new items and some adjustments. Never the less costumer satisfaction is key . There was still some personal issues being sorted before i was seen to . As much as I understand this can happen how you manage this and prioritising needs looking at

Took two rings for estimate for repair,took week then asked to separate costs, shop agreed to repair one for £80,ready on Saturday ,went monday to collect, no contact from jewelers, now ring not repaired and now will cost 150,unwilling to stick to there agreed price. Do not trust these retailers don't keep there word, The guy said do you want to put us out of business we will make loss. I stated perhaps if
