Me and my friends go here every week to play board games and it's just the most welcoming place. Marci and Paul are awesome, accommodating, warm and passionate about this special place they've built. Can't remember it enough.

Breath of fresh air for the local TCG community in Halifax. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping collectors and players — not just making a quick profit. Prices are fair, and they actually take the time to talk with you, whether you’re a serious collector or just getting started. Unlike some other shops in town, these guys aren’t out to exploit the hype — they support the community and create a welcoming space for everyone. Highly recommend checking them out!

went in today and was met with some very helpfull people that helped me with kanto pokemon tin's and even took out his own time to just help me find out what packs was inside the kanto tins would definitely be buying from here more often if u go passed make sure to check it out 5/5 from me

I visit every week, very kind staff and a very welcoming atmosphere. Food is relatively cheap, and it's easy to talk to both staff and customers. Very relaxed environment.

We passed this cafe one night on an evening walk with my grandson on a visit to Halifax and received a warm welcome. On the second visit to Halifax my grandson had taken up Warhammer as a hobby. He wanted to go back and paint his characters as he had seen customers doing on our first visit. Again despite reorganisation taking place in the cafe we received another warm welcome from staff and customers. A very special space and very special cafe. Halifax is very lucky to have this cafe
