We have just collected our wedding rings from bradburys and from start to finish customer service has been above and beyond and made the experience very personal. Thank you so much.

Ordered a bracelet from their website as a gift, they took the money for it, 3 days later I get an email with no explanation or apology saying they’ve cancelled the order, no refund to be seen (and no mention of a refund in their email). I called them up to find out what on earth was going on, and was told that they don’t stock the bracelet and haven’t done for a long time?!! So why the chuff have they got it on their website and take the money for it then??! Was told that they’ve processed the refund, but I’ve had no notification of that so let’s see how long that takes to arrive. This was handled with zero courtesy by Bradbury’s and I’m vvv upset indeed. It wasn’t an expensive item, but it was a very meaningful gift (after hours of searching online for the perfect item) for my daughter who is leaving home to go to university, and I’m now stuck and it’s back to the drawing board with a week to go. Extremely unprofessional and completely lacking respect for their customers.

Fabulous jewellers run by a lovely couple. They helped me and my fiance pick my engagement ring and even altered it to exactly how I wanted it. The shop is beautiful and they offer a friendly professional service. I've been back and bought an Olivia Burton watch and will be going back for our wedding rings
