Today I bought a gold ring for my partner from Chacha Jewellers (Halifax) and I’m extremely happy with the purchase. The ring looks beautiful, has amazing craftsmanship and feels premium. The customer service was outstanding – very polite, helpful and trustworthy. On top of that, they gifted us a premium perfume which made the experience even more special. Visited today and bought a beautiful necklace and earring set from Iqbal bhai , the customer service was 10/10 and hospitality and staff was the best , the price was amazing , travelled from Birmingham and was worth it ! I will be coming again to get some bangles !

Amazing service , always does best price . Customer service 10/10 , were friendly and hospitable . Very honest about value and pricing. I accidentally left my bag at the shop and the shop keepers were very helpful in returning back to me as I lived 3 hours away . Very trustful and reliable people . I 100% recommend ❤️
