Amazing service at Crown Jewels Halifax from Emma and Nathan. Platinum engagement ring resized perfectly with no join visible. Much speedier service than any other jeweller in town at a good price all done in store. Emma even validated the diamond certificate for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely use their services again!

Emma is exceptionally skilled at what she does. I have been a loyal customer of Emma's for years, even when she was employed at a different jewellery shop - she is a talented young lady .she opened her own jewellery shop, she is brilliant at designing rings and making them , I've had the pleasure of Emma creating a ring for me, and she has also done a few insurance valuations and repairs for me and my family There is nothing that Emma cannot do, and I would not go anywhere else. I live in Huddersfield, but I am willing to travel to Halifax to Crown Jewels for everything i need doing because I trust and value Emma. She always makes you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble.

After calling in to Crown Jewels to get a valuation on a ring. I thought to get another valuation on a different ring. Emma, noticed there was a claw missing and the other claws were weak.
