Emma is exceptionally skilled at what she does. I have been a loyal customer of Emma's for years, even when she was employed at a different jewellery shop - she is a talented young lady .she opened her own jewellery shop, she is brilliant at designing rings and making them , I've had the pleasure of Emma creating a ring for me, and she has also done a few insurance valuations and repairs for me and my family There is nothing that Emma cannot do, and I would not go anywhere else. I live in Huddersfield, but I am willing to travel to Halifax to Crown Jewels for everything i need doing because I trust and value Emma. She always makes you feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble.

After calling in to Crown Jewels to get a valuation on a ring. I thought to get another valuation on a different ring. Emma, noticed there was a claw missing and the other claws were weak. Thank you Emma for repairing the ring, I could have lost the diamond as I did not notice it. The ring looks a whole new ring. You have done a brilliant job. Thank You ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been going here to get new watch batteries for years. Staff is always lovely and helpful, gave my husband advice about his talking watch. The last time I went there was also a lovely cuddly husky behind the counter. Definitely recommend.

Cracking service, had a link removed from my watch, then after a couple of days decided I wanted one more removed due to my own preference, they did this at no extra cost, I tried to insist, but they clearly care more about customer satisfaction than a quick quid, and in a society where every other company is taking advantage of its customers it’s was a breath of fresh air.
