My daughter and I went to get welded matching bracelets as our gifts to one another. Booking was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was wonderful to watch the magic happen. Wonderful choice of jewellery too. Super experience, I'll look forward to returning with my younger daughter for her birthday.

Franklyns' have recently reset the stone, reseated it, resized and polished my Dad's ring which I am now proudly wearing. Beautiful ring made in Cyprus in 1968. It looks stunning and fits perfectly. The customer advice and service was exceptional. We will be using Franklyns' services again as our go to Goldsmith.

Dropped off my signet ring with Franklyns for a resize and a clean up and I'm absolutely amazed. It looked so dull after 20 years. Also cleaned up and repaired my chain. Awesome service, thanks.

We called in to buy an 18th birthday present and left with leaving my very sentimental jewellery with them. They created everything perfect. I didn’t know what I wanted and with the expertise they coaxed from me what I wanted and produced just that. Every bit of spare gold and silver used, and my fav pieces of jewellery is now what they made for me. I now wear knowing it’s all individual pieces and the sentiment to it all is still there. Thank you Franklyns for your patience, sensitivity and professionalism in doing what you did.

I would like to thank Nicky and Richard for designing and creating my daughter’s wedding ring ensuring she was very happy on the big day! My wife is also very delighted with her remodelled engagement ring- she loved the process from start to finish. Highly professional and very friendly service. We would highly recommend. No doubt we will be back again!!!!
