Absolutely rude staff! Neil the worst needs to learn some manners. Shocking how he speaks to customers. When ringing the phone 3 times due to no answer , he answered rudely shouting down the phone why are you ringing 3 times in the last 5 minutes “because there’s no answer”. Only for his rudeness to continue. He was so aggravated and rude. He needs sending for retraining and anger management. Awful experience, will never spend a penny there again.
