Lovely shop with interesting choice of pretty jewellery. One of my earrings unfortunately broke and I couldn't have asked for better service. I don't live locally so I contacted Rose who arranged for a speedy replacement. Great service, very happy to recommend.

Rose is so lovely and helpful. Ear rings I purchased for a gift are beautiful, well made, good quality and unique design.

The shop was lovely to visit - so many options and the service was friendly and helpful. I picked out a bracelet as a gift but as it was from two of is, I didn't want to buy until the other person had seen it so I sent a picture and then shopped online The website was easy to navigate and having placed the order I emailed to ask if a noted could be included and the price excluded from the parcel. I had an email back quickly after the order confirming this would be done and it was sent within 24 hours So lovely to have genuine, friendly and personal service - thank you and will be back plenty of times in future for myself as well as for gifts!

I absolutely love the beautiful necklace and broach I purchased from Jewella 😍 I initially came across the items when visiting Halifax, and after regretting not make the purchase at the time, I later ordered them online. The service from ordering to delivery was impeccable, and the items were so beautifully wrapped - I'm beyond thrilled 🤗 The items I purchased are even nicer than I remembered. I will definitely shop from Jewella again 😀

Lovely jewellery shop with some unique but reasonably priced pieces. My daughter and I always find something to buy each time we visit. Had cause to return an item recently and the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Great customer service, would recommend a visit.
