Our persian cat goes here for grooming and the service is excellent. The staff are professional and have very good attention to detail. They take such good care of him too, he's a very happy man after today's visit!

Amy is our usual groomer for our terrier mix breed, she is fantastic with him, bonus that he even lets her clean his teeth (we wouldnt stand a chance) and she knows that he doesnt tolerate his front legs being shaved so she hand cuts them for him. All the staff are amazing, polite and happy to answer any questions you have. They even make sure that our doggo has the groom room to himself due to him being dog reactive. He always comes out with a happy tail after his groom looking and smelling fresh. 10/10 recommend for anyones dogs grooming needs!

Our cat is old and hates being messed around with. Dreaded the thought of how she would react to the poor lady grooming her. She was really matted up down one side ( no idea what she had laid in) and because she's old now she doesn't groom herself as well as she used to. It was a massive success she looks so soft, silky and shiny now compared to how I took her. Many thanks for the amazing finished result I'm so happy with how she looks. The photos are of before, how much was taken off her and the finished look!! 🙂

First thing i will dismiss is the "rudeness" from staff. The staff i came across at PawPrints in Halifax were gorgeous and extremely sweet! The only thing i was disappointed with was the lack of cat food. They only had brands like Whiskas and Felix which have 4% of meat and arent good for cats. The best brand i think i came across was Applaws but there wasnt any brands like Scrumbles or Lilys kitchen. It was mainly for dogs so if you have dogs this shop would be awesome for you. Would def rate higher if they had better cat food + more cat food in stock. Would also love if they made some custom cat treats as it seemed to be only for dogs🥹 Even the raw food was just dogs.. If there was more variety for other animals i would come back

Don't get your reptile bulbs here. Mine lasted 8 hrs before it blew, and returns not accepted. At least amazon have a returns policy, which is where I will be shopping from now on.
