I visited EE Halifax last week. I was greeted by an Asian woman who was extremely polite and helpful. From the start, she listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and was open to providing us with what we wanted rather than pushing her own suggestions. She seemed extremely knowledgeable as the different members of the team were asking her questions. She has been the most professional and helpful staff I've dealt it ever at EE. A real credit to your company.

Appalling customer service. My relative went in to the Halifax branch due to a fault with her contract and/or phone and the staff where unbelievably rude and condescending, because they needed more help explaining the technical side. EE have the money from the contract and now aren't bothered with any after care. This happened on Tuesday 28th November 2025. Extremely disrespectful staff.

Assan was fantastic, brought up our details and did very well in consolidating everything to get the best package. Also noted was his ear for other customers and everything else happening at the same time - true leadership actions. One star down due to his colleagues, not him, they referred to a phone customer in a slightly derogatory way. His professionalism was brilliant, other staff could do with some improvement.

Just been to the Halifax branch, I was talked to like I was three year old. I yes I can get phone 14 fir £429 from Ee.Your colleague made me feel stupid.Unexceptable sales tactics. I maybe old but I have more knowledge than you colleague.

Absolutely terrible customer service from the Asian lady in the shop . Nearly enough to put me off for life , some serious customer service training needed in store . EE please look into this as a long term customer I was appalled .
