I recently bought a new phone from Phone Fix Zone Halifax and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Absolutely fantastic shop, shared the owner is a really helpful, friendly guy. Knows a lot about vintage gaming and they have it all in the shop. Like stepping back in time. I smashed my iPhone and needed a quick fix. Within 30 minutes my phone was fixed and I also bought a case with it. Absolutely amazing value for money - half the price of other quotes I received for phone repairs around Halifax. The man who works there is so kind, honest and polite. I can recommend this place! I don’t trust this guy. Took my phone in for a new charging port. He charged £35, but said he also had to replace the back panel of the phone for some reason (another £20). When I picked up the phone the screen also then had black patches. So I went to a repair guy in Leeds who I’ve known for a long while and he replaced the (now damaged) screen, but told me that the port had never been replaced. It had only been cleaned. The guy in Leeds could tell that because it was clear to him that it was the original port he had put in himself! I went back to the guy at Phone Fix Halifax and pointed all this out waiting for him to do the decent thing and give me a refund. Needless to say he didn’t offer that. My advice is avoid.

I was travelling a long distance and ran into issues with my car charging cable and adapter. Brother shahid upgraded both the adapter and charger for me at a great price. He was very friendly, professional, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to tech thanks phone fix zone
