Went in to Halifax looking for a new screen for my iPad. Other shops nearby said that part is no longer available, this time I wasn’t disappointed. The staff have been brilliant from the beginning they discussed the costs involved, waiting times etc. overall great communication, fantastic quality repair, reasonably priced no hidden costs or further damage or this is broke or that’s broke!, highly recommend and will be using them for any future repairs. Thankyou again to the lads at Halifax much appreciated

I left Christmas till the last minute like always. Tom messaged me back straight away after I made an inquiry. I took the phone in to be fixed on the 23rd and got a message on the 24th early that the phone was fixed. Brilliant service and brilliant prices. Will definitely recommend!

Amazing little shop. You know the panic you feel when a phone fails: not the 'oh i need a phone' moment but instead acess to banking, parking apps, school contact apps, photos etc all becomes that little bit more challenging and life becomes that little bit more difficult to juggle. Thankfully I found PGTR and within a few days the parts had arrived and in less than an hour, the battery - which had expanded causing the case to be pushed off - was replaced and my phone looked like new again. They really know what they are doing and are very reasonably priced. If I had any other issues, I wouldn't hesitate ro reach out to them in order to get it fixed. Many thanks to the team at PGTR 🙂

Absolutely brilliant customer service and fast and efficient service. Dropped my battered phone off after an accident and I swear they have given me a new one . It's just like brand new amazing service and fast .
