I've put this review off for long enough Other than well let's be honest here the Medicore staff who really lack training (this isn't the fault of the staff it's Sainsbury's at least I hope it isn't the fault of the staff) they are never around you have to go find them to even buy something the manager appears to always be in a mood the cash machine never working why do they suddenly decide that they aren't going to give cash back when they have previously is it because that day they just didn't want to??? Oh and also prices going up portions and quality going down got some bacon from here the other day it was so thin you could see through it. Took it back to a refund on this poor product. It shows lack of care from Sainsbury's and "quality control" there is one great member of staff I think he's the Australian one other than that it's not great

always had really good shopping experience at this store. All staff really nice and helpful. well stocked and clean. manager is really nice and helpful

Very unprofessional staff. They are often aggressive and unwilling to listen, behaving as if they own this Sainsbury’s. Ignore the costumers. Always talking to each other

The worst Sainsbury’s / supermarket. The manager is very rude and belittling. The staff are always in the “staff room” with no one serving customers. The manager is always rude to customers and very very disrespectful

Placed an Uber eats order for basic groceries, it's now been an hour and a half and no confirmation of where my order is, have tried calling the store but no one is answering. Communication has been terrible, I can't currently drive and this was my food for the evening.
