The wine arrived but it was the wrong one. Ryan reacted to this very quickly and immediately rectified the situation. The co had changed the labels so it wasn’t actually their fault. I now have my correct order and Ryan told me to keep the first lot as compensation. Very very good service.

Disappointing as goods didn’t arrive in time for Christmas OR new year and no mention of this being a possibility either. Tried calling the landline number only to constantly hear a recorded message saying all agents are busy and that they will reply within an hour - that never happened! I sent 5 emails with no response; not even an out of office or auto reply. I won’t be ordering from them again. Hoping for my refund but not impressed as other reviews are saying they’ve not received their money 4 weeks on! Totally ruined Christmas and New Year. Very unprofessional and failed to manage expectations.

Had to chase when my order hadn't arrived after 2 weeks, to be told it was out of stock. I'm still waiting for a refund 4 weeks on. Ryan saying the accounts dept. had processed it, but not the case. Really pissed off continually having to chase them. Won't order with this company again.

Some drinks are expensive but I always order with them at Christmas time for gifts, when you don't mind spending a bit more. I have always experienced quick delivery and well packaged items.
