I really like the owner, she's so lovely and I'd love to see this place do well. The toddler and baby area is really cute and I like that it's away from the older children. Parking onsite is a bonus too! Open on a Sunday which gives parents an option for rainy weekends!
Amazing place! Cannot fault the staff, the play area or the food! Had my daughters party here and everyone, including the adults were complimenting the spacious party room! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Kids were in and out of the room Minnie Mouse joined our party too which made everything extra special for the kids! Thank you so much! Lovely staff. Definitely going there again for some lovely food/tea whilst the kids play 🥰🫶🏻
My granddaughter had her 4th birthday party here.The staff were amazing and very helpful .The building was warm and very clean.The party package was excellent, the food was excellent, plenty of it and a good mix of cold and warm food ,buns ,ice-cream, juice.Lots of different play areas ,different age groups catered for.Good safety in place ,you go in one day ,exit other side .You were not rushed we party finished to leave. Would highly recommend the Play Palace, we will be returning. Linda xx
First time visiting Play Palace and it was absolutely fantastic! Both my 5-year-old and my baby had an amazing time and were fully entertained. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, and the place was spotless. There was a great variety of food options, all very reasonably priced. We had a wonderful experience, highly recommend it, and we’ll definitely be back!
Fantastic Soft Play – Highly Recommended! Play Palace is a wonderful soft play area that really stands out from the rest. The space is clean, hygienic, and clearly very well looked after, which makes it a relaxing place to bring children. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere feels safe and family-friendly. The food they serve is surprisingly good for a soft play venue, with fresh options that both kids and adults enjoy. One thing I especially appreciate is that they offer a free hot drink for an adult accompanied by a paying child—a lovely touch that makes you feel valued as a parent or carer. I highly recommend.
