Don't trust this gallery with your artwork. I recently participated in a show with them and when I collected my painting, the frame was damaged in several places. I contacted them and they denied there being any issue with the frame, despite the photographs. My piece has been dropped or mistreated to the point that the frame is dented from hitting the floor and the paintwork scraped away. I don't know what they did with my painting while it was in their possession but it very clearly wasn't taken care of. The painting was shoved in a storage cupboard with a stack of other pieces on the floor and general admin mess in there so it was not kept somewhere neat and safe.
Very disappointed, small, cold and uninviting. A little on the scruffy side. Up a narrow flight of stairs to a number of small upstairs rooms. Can't imagine many paintings being sold. Not worth a trip there.
A great local gallery with a wide array of local and emerging artists from a range of backgrounds. Love the colourful walls and the different rooms! It really let's you experience another side of Halifax
