If you're looking to start strength training, this is probably the most welcoming gym you'll find. The sessions are coached and the coaches manage to handle all range of abilities in the session with no one being made to feel useless if they're just starting out or being held back if they're experienced. I've been a member now for 9 months and while it's not as cheap as just belonging to a "do your own thing" gym, it is far better value. I have made huge improvements in my size, strength and overall fitness. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking to make some positive changes to your fitness.

Could not recommend this gym any more highly than I do! The absolute best team and environment you could find. Never have I felt more comfortable in a space and this makes working towards your goals so much easier. The trainers work so well with you to discuss all things needed to reach your goal and the weekly check in system helps you stay on track. After being here a month I can safely see I’ll be attending for the foreseeable future!

I’ve been a member of many gyms but always done solo training, the class style of training at 4th Qtr is something I was unsure of at first but the way the classes are put together by all the amazing coaches makes it a really enjoyable way to train. In class the coaches give you great advice on technique and will give you loads of encouragement to get everything you can out of your training. All the other members are really friendly and supportive with no egos making it a pleasure to be part of regardless of ability. Away from the gym the coaches regularly check in with you to see how things are going and to feedback on sessions, makes you feel like the genuinely care about your progress. Cannot speak highly enough would definitely recommend.

I joined FQF two months ago, after many failed attempts at weight loss. In that time, Alice, Charlie and Connor have done an amazing job of training me and running the group classes. I’ve really enjoyed every single class as everyone is genuinely so lovely and pushes each other. I have noticed a significant mood and energy boost as well as the weight loss. I would highly recommend this gym :)
