Hard to do this without blowing too much smoke up his a**e but Rich is an incredible PT and is 100% recommended!! I came across Rich during the Transform classes he ran at Ironside fitness. I found his sessions hard work, fun and engaging so I took the plunge and committed to really trying to improve my strength and fitness. He listened to my goals, created manageable plans around my family/work commitments, regularly checking on my progress and the PT sessions are great fun (not so much the day after 😳). He is personable and we have a laugh every week during my session which really keeps me going. If you need a PT that keeps you on track, goes above and beyond then get yourself to Rich.
Great PT who really motivates you to give it your all by coming up with innovative and fun workouts. Always come away buzzing and super proud of what I’ve managed to achieve. Richie is great at giving advice on how to maximise a workout and how to improve your technique. During Class sessions he is great at adapting things to suit individuals needs and ensures everyone gets his attention.
I have been doing strength training with Richie for some time now and results are brilliant. I have managed to increase my running speed. In each session, his approach is very professional and structured. Every time he brings a wide range of different strength and core exercises with excellent results. I would definitely recommend him as one of the best!
Being female, middle-aged , menopausal and bored to trying to become thin at the gym; going to Richie to learn Powerlifting and get stronger bone density and better exercise has become life-changing. Every session is an investment and worth it! His teaching and mentoring is expert and informed, fun, challenging and inspiring. I worked with Rich for 8 weeks as part of a group of five. He was excellent, well thought our and varied workouts. Knew how to push us whilst still making the sessions fun. Would thoroughly recommend him. Definitely worth the 5 star review. Give him a go I am sure you wont regret it. Jo
