Lovely, well maintained park. I didn't get many pics as it was hosting a 1940s event. We sat and had a brew.

Lovely today. I found the boat trip into the tunnel very worthwhile. The project is still a work in progress but it's great what has been achieved so far.

A very well looked after park nobody vaping or drink alcohol no littering it seems like a park that’s well maintained.

Akroyd park itself is nothing special, allotments, a play area and a place to walk dogs. What sets it apart is Bankfield museum and library. Free entry and worth anyone's time. A small shop, history of the Dukes Brigade, exhibitions and works of art.

Not a very big park but it’s nice and quiet if you want to take a walk. Close to the town center. Also, if you’re a dog lover you’ll see a lot of dogs 🥰 full of nice flowers.
