We spent a lovely week in the cottage absolutely stunning location. Very remote and peaceful. The shower is brilliant and the cottage nice and warm. We couldn't have asked for better weather. The owners are lovely people.
Good place for school residentials very enjoyable place. There's 1 boy and 1 girl bathroom with a shower in both. All are functionable and are well kept. There is I'm pretty sure 6 bedrooms. Theres 8 beds in each one apart from some which have 2. Upstairs you have a games room and a kitchen. The games room has a table where you can play 2 games on. (i forgot what they are called) There is also jenga and a bookscase with many books to read and enjoy. The kitchen has 3 tables where you can eat delicious food. The menu was pretty good. The view was excellent from rooms 3 , 4 , 5 and 6. 1 & 2 doesn't have that great of a view, mainly just of the car park. Outside, there is a field where you can play a variety of games. There is football nets avaliable. Overall very good experience.
Really nice place and great location. Facing the hills on both sides. A relaxing place with lots of sheep. Very nice hosts with a really interesting story to tell
This is a lovely little cottage in the secluded little Halton Gill. The cottage has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and great views. Despite the rain there are plenty walks in the area with some notable ones being Malham Cove and Aysgarth falls but these can get a little busy. Bottom line, ideal place for a Yorkshire dales base camp
Clean, great for a family gathering (ours was from 8 to 68) as long as you don't mind bunk beds. We had a great weekend climbing Pen-y-ghent on the Saturday.
