Harcourt Nursery has one of the most amazing teams and have looked after both of my children in a kind, fun and encouraging way for the last six plus years. It is always a worry when you send your children to any Nursery for the first time not knowing what to expect but the team have, from my kids’ very first day there and onwards, been supportive, reassuring and knowledgeable that they made each of the next steps my children went through so much easier for us and the kids. But beyond the physical space, it's the staff and management, Charlotte & Gaynor, who truly make exceptional. Each member is not just a caregiver but a mentor, friend, and role model to our children in their care. Their dedication, passion, and genuine love for what they do is evident in every interaction, creating an atmosphere of trust and security for both children and us parents alike. Additionally, the team understand the importance of balance for us working parents, we have only be called once in 12 months to collect our son as he was unwell. The team will soldier on and only reach out to you if your child is genuinely unwell. In summary, Harcourt is more than just a childcare facilityit's a home away from home where children can thrive, learn, and grow in a nurturing and inclusive environment. The added bonus is the cost. A wonderfully caring Nursery , with small groups for in each age group giving a family environment. The staff do an amazing job giving the children a happy , fun day . We can highly recommend.
