Performatots Pre-School

Been emailing the owner for 18 months about issues but can’t be bothered now! She can’t seem to understand that although a million dreams is a fab tune, I don’t necessarily want to hear it banging out of her building! Told her I can hear what music is being played or which songs are sung but there are a million excuses every time you contact her! The owner does what she likes and seems to think everyone should just fit round what she needs to do. No other word for it but entitled!!!

Reviews have been deleted (many times) Probably reported as it is not complimentary. It’s almost like one is not allowed to write a poor review and that is really concerning! Have other poor reviews been reported and removed??! In essence, it would be really nice if the owner actually did what she said she would in her planning application of 20/03132/COU and had some consideration for those who have to live next to her. To elaborate, noisy play area use (when she said there wouldn’t be any play areas as per her planning application) open windows with noise escape when it’s not warm, music, parties after 22:00 and illuminated sign she’s used since 2021 (needs planning permission, put in retrospective application feb 24, withdrew it and still hasn’t got it). Does not seem to give a care (even if it impacts her neighbours) and a complete lack of integrity around planning applications. I don’t quite understand why her neighbours are changing their behaviour to mitigate noise impacts from her business. Just awful!

Performatots is the most magical, welcoming and loving pre school EVER!! The teaching team go above and beyond day in day out for their pupils. My youngest child has been attending Performatots and after searching everywhere to find the most suited pre school I knew as soon as I walked in and met the team she would love it! The staff always have smiles on their faces and happy to help with anything we need. The indoor and outdoor space always has different creative activities to meet children’s individual needs and every time I collect my child the other children are always learning something new in the space with smiles on their faces. After speaking to lots of parents I also know their feelings are just as strong as mine! Couldn’t recommend this pre school enough. Magic really comes to life here⭐️

We can’t thank Performatots enough. They recognised that our son was autistic within weeks of joining and supported him — and us — every step of the way. He started non-verbal and behind in many areas, but thanks to their care, he’s now ready for school and thriving. They’ve helped him grow, helped us understand him better, and guided us through every part of getting him the support he needs. We truly believe that without them, he wouldn’t be the amazing boy he is today. Their team goes above and beyond — warm, funny, and incredibly skilled. We couldn’t rate them more highly.

⭐️ PHENOMENAL ⭐️ WHAT A BEAUTIFUL, UNIQUE, INCREDIBLE and CREATIVE setting. There truly are not enough word to describe this OUTSTANDING business !! It is a magical place that brings children’s dreams of the Arts to life, catering from two years to five this Early Years setting really goes above and beyond when it comes to the learning, development and well being of the children. I have two children one of whom is ten and went to Performatots and my daughter 3 whom is currently at performatots. Both my children have and are thriving here especially with confidence. All the tools you need for this big world they are gearing up to go into. PERFORMATOTS is truly the BEST setting.
