Came in for a few pints on Sunday and safe to say I will definitely be coming back! The service in there is fantastic and tom behind the bar is a top guy so welcoming! Not too mention the drinks on offer in there so much choice there is definitely something for everyone! Fully recommend 17 miles to anyone who hasn’t been before
First time visiting after moving to Harrogate a short while ago. I was pleasantly surprised to see Atom being stocked having lived in Hull for a while and got to know the brand and seen the brewery. The atmosphere and service was fab when I visited, unfortunately, the seating was somewhat to be desired and gave me a rather sore arse after a while, otherwise I would have stayed longer. Some more comfortable seating would be nice, though I will probably pop in from time to time, other than that can't fault the place. Fabulous.
Great selection of beers/craft beers, fantastic helpful staff. Well worth a visit. Quieter during the week, can get busy at weekends but that doesn’t detract. Decent wine selection too.
It's a beautifully themed and inviting independent bar, with wooden floors, gorgeous arched windows, and exposed brick walls. The seating is rigid and may not be comfortable for some. There's background music, which isn't too loud and I enjoyed. It can get quite noisy when it's busy, mainly due to a lack of soft furnishings. We had a warm and friendly welcome at the bar and really felt comfortable. Visiting for the first time. There's a great selection of interesting beers, with a mix of bottled and some on tap. Some of the beers get expensive, but not unexpected.
We live in Harrogate and often frequent 17 Miles as they have a nice atmosphere, good drinks, and friendly staff. I decided to throw a surprise birthday part for my husband and the owner of 17 Miles was great to work with. He helped coordinate food from a local bakery, Manna, and was responsive to my various questions and requests. The ~28 guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the variety of beverages offered. The staff was wonderful on the day of the event and ensured we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend 17 Miles if you are looking to just pop in to have a few drinks or if your looking to hold a small function!
